Gynecology

Naturopathic Medicine offers a variety of treatment options for conditions like: polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), cervical dysplasia or irregular PAP test results, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, uterine prolapse, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), vaginitis, vulvodynia, frequent yeast infections, and cystitis. We are also happy to offer full gynecologic exams, cultures, and PAP smears to our patients.  It is important that women are equipped with the tools to make informed choices about their sexual health and birth control. We are able to educate you on natural alternatives for contraception – like tracking your menstrual cycle, identifying fertile days, and optimizing fertility.

Menstrual Issues

Hormone imbalance has greatly increased in our society over the past decade – influenced largely by diet and lifestyle, toxin exposure in our environment, and stress. Menstrual concerns like painful periods, irregular menstrual cycles, heavy periods, abnormal uterine bleeding, lack of menstrual periods (amenorrhea), and PMS symptoms are a direct result of this imbalance in chemical messengers in the body. Using a variety of naturopathic modalities including bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT) we can work together to rebalance and restore your hormones.

Menopause

The wisdom that comes with this transition point in life should be celebrated! As your hormones begin to shift, Naturopathic Medicine can help to support the changes that you may be experiencing. Whether you are dealing with adrenal fatigue, hot flashes, hair loss, vaginal dryness or irritation, mood swings or depression, osteoporosis, or issues of sexual function, we will work together to achieve your goals for health and well-being as you enter a new stage in life. We have additional training in using bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and we are happy to offer this as an option to our patients.

Fertility & Pregnancy Care

Fertility is directly impacted by one’s health and the environment around us. Naturopathic Medicine offers many supportive therapies and treatment options for couples experiencing fertility concerns, or those who are simply trying to optimize their chances of conceiving. Prenatal education classes and a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan can assist you in starting your family!

During pregnancy, we can work together to ensure the optimal health of the developing baby, while also managing maternal health in a gentle and natural way. We offer support for: fatigue, nausea & vomiting, sleep concerns, acid reflux, constipation, muscle cramps, blood sugar dysregulation, and labor induction.

Postpartum Support & Breastfeeding Services

The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. Mood disorders like post-partum depression (PPD) and anxiety are common in the weeks following delivery – so please know that you are not alone. Naturopathic support services can assist you in a variety of ways. Many families also receive contradictory and conflicting advice about feeding your baby – it is not as simple as we make it out to be! Through a compassionate approach, Dr. Kristi Graham, ND will support you in navigating challenging times to overcome issues with: infant feeding strategies (lactation aid, cup, bottle), latch mechanics, nipple pain, milk supply, reading early feeding cues, and solid food introduction. Helping your baby to get the best start possible, while empowering you and your family to achieve your personal infant feeding goals is a priority!

The female body was designed by our creator to be a source of pleasure, fertility, movement, strength, and well-being.
