Through a compassionate approach, Dr. Kristi Prince, ND, IBCLC will support you in navigating challenging times to overcome issues with: latch mechanics, infant feeding strategies (lactation aid, cup, bottle), nipple pain, milk supply, reading early feeding cues, and the introduction to solid foods. Helping your baby to get the best start possible, while empowering you and your family to achieve your personal infant feeding goals is a priority!
She is a graduate of the Lactation Medicine Program at the International Breastfeeding Centre in Toronto where she completed over 90 hours of lactation-specific coursework, and 1000 hours of hands-on clinical experience supporting moms to navigate breastfeeding challenges. She has been mentored by Dr. Jack Newman and is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to the Cobourg-Northumberland area. She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant through IBCLE.

Breastfeeding consultations are billed under Naturopathic Medicine, and therefore may be claimed through individual extended health benefit plans.
